Care: Apply lotions, oils, perfumes, hairspray, and other products before putting on your artisan jewelry. Take off jewelry before swimming in a pool or the ocean. The chlorine and salt can cause damage to various gemstones and gold. If you have an active lifestyle, take extra precaution in wearing your jewelry, as some gemstones can easily chip and become damaged. Do not sleep with your jewelry on as movement causes stress All items are inspected before shipment. If within 30 days there is a workmanship defect, we will repair or remake the product at no charge. After 30 days, damages will be assessed and repaired (if possible) for a fee. There will be no refunds, exchanges, or credits issued for any custom or personalized item. Each bracelet or cuff is custom made for the customer upon receipt of the order, so there are no refunds for items that are made correctly and match the order form. Shipping is non refundable. Non-custom items can be returned within·30 days, in new and unused condition, from the date you ordered it minus shipping. If there is a workmanship defect we will make every attempt to have the item back to you within 2 weeks of us receiving it. But this is not guaranteed.

International Shipping Policies All orders outside the US are shipped via US Priority Mail with tracking. Delivery of an International orders typically takes 6 - 10 BUSINESS Days from date of shipment. Your shipping charge will vary based on weight and country of destination. Expedited shipping is not available for International orders. Your package will be subject to customs/duties charges. Hancoli is are not responsible for customs/duties charges. These costs are determined by your local customs office. Hancoli cannot determine, in advance, what these fees will be.
